       Our kind of sport was little known a few years ago, but each of us trusted tirelessly in a great armrestling development. In 2001 such direction as PAL (Professional Armwrestling League) already appeared, which served a fundamental beginning of amateur and professional sport in the general world structure of armrestling. All of it is related to popularization of armrestling through the MASS-MEDIA promotion, but professional armfights, broadcasted on TV, have started to show the main points of armrestling for the public’s general understanding. As a result, many new admirers have appeared of this kind of sport, and in the connection to above-listed competition between participants has increased in many times on all tournament. Dear friends, therefore such idea, as a creating of this site, appeared in which we decided to share our accumulated experience (not only in a selection strictly of individual trainings programs but also indiets, sleep and e.t.) with you.
